Welcome to your magical getaway! Here, you’ll find a relaxing and tranquil aura by the marina, perfect for unwinding and enjoying your stay. To help us preserve this serene environment for all our guests and neighbours, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules outlined below. Together, we can ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone!
Terms & Conditions

1. General Requirements
a. All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules during their stay.
b. Guests must notify the Hosts of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as posible
c. Bath robes are offered to add that extra bit of comfort to your stay. Please do not take them with you!
d. Please do not remove amenities (soaps, shampoo, tea etc.) as these are provided in an eco-friendly manner to accommodate guests. Additional charges may apply.
e. Pets are not permitted at this property due to healthy and hygienic purposes.
f. The number of Guests should not exceed the amount registered on the booking.

2. Noise & Neighbourhood
a. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring properties throughout the duration of the stay as well as upon arrival and departure.
b. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
c. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the rental agreement, eviction, loss of payment and extra charges.
d. Disorderly and disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

3. Functions
a. Parties, events and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
b. Commercial photography must be approved in advance by Hosts.

4. Parking
a. Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.
b. Guest vehicles must be parked in the two allocated spaces numbered 93 and 96; which are reserved for Unit 63.
c. Please note that there is a 2.4m height restriction for the carpark. Guests are responsible for finding alternate street parking if required.

5. Garbage & Recycling
a. Please dispose of all Garbage and Recycling in the correctly labelled dumpsters in the “Waste Management” room. This room is located in the Visitor’s carpark at the entrance of Pier 9 and can be accessed using your swipe card.
b. Rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

6. Smoking
a. Smoking/vaping is NOT permitted inside the property or on the balcony; only in Visitors Carpark area and;
b. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds or in carpark

7. Security
a. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
b. Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
c. Access to boat moorings is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the rental agreement, eviction, and extra charges.
d. Guests must ensure keys are kept on them at all times due to this property being situated within a Gated Complex and the front door automatically locking. Being locked out and requiring assistance from Hosts to enter property will incur $50 call out fee.

8. Damage & Breakages
a. All Damages and breakages must be reported to the hosts as soon as possible.
b. No furniture is to be moved without prior agreement
c. In the case of windy or wet weather conditions, ensure front and balcony door remain closed.
d. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and may incur additional fees as well as instant termination of stay.

9. Balcony & Deck Area
a. Guests must supervise babies and children at all times when using the balcony.
b. Do not overcrowd the balcony. The maximum occupancy on the balcony is 6 people.
c. Please do not feed ducks or birds as this may result in property damage.
d. In the case of strong winds or wet weather conditions, please bring inside all loose items (e.g. cushions, blankets)
e. Be cautious when using the balcony during adverse weather conditions, such as high winds, rain, or storms. The balcony may become slippery, and gusts of wind can be dangerous.
f. Please ensure retractable fly screen is being used to reduce insects/pests entering.
g. Awning is not to be used on windy days and should always be reeled in completely after use.
h. No items are to be thrown over the balcony into the water.
i. Please do not sit, stand, or lean on balcony railings or barriers.
j. In the event of any structural concerns or safety issues with the balcony, the host reserves the right to restrict or close balcony access for the safety of guests. Guests will be informed of any such closures.

10. Check-In and Check-Out
a. Valid Photo I.D. (Licence or Passport) must be provided prior to Check-In and in order to collect keys.
b. Check-In between 2:00PM-7:00PM and Guests must vacate the property at Check-Out before 10:00AM. Late/early arrivals and/or departures may be arranged subject to availability and for additional costs.
c. Please ensure the following upon Check-Out:

Gather used towels: Please place all towels in laundry basket. Whilst not mandatory, if you could please strip the bed linen that would be entirely appreciated.

Throw rubbish away: Please dispose of any trash in the provided bins or follow specific trash disposal instructions.

Turn things off: Please ensure that all lights, appliances, and the heating/cooling system are turned off before leaving.

Lock up: Please ensure balcony door and windows are closed.

Return keys: Please ensure you have collected all your belongings, leave keys on kitchen bench and ensure front door is closed upon leaving.

Additional requests: Gather all your belongings and double-check to ensure you haven't left anything behind. You will be unable to re-enter once you have left keys inside and exited.

11. Liabilities, Laws & Regulations
a. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events during their stay.
b. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while staying at our property.
c. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
d. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. Please keep valuable items secure.
e. We reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay for violation of these terms and conditions without refunds.
f. Guests are required to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.

13. Compliance
a. By booking "Marina Magic Getaways," you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your reservation, permission to evict any Guests and Visitors from the property, loss of booking payment and additional charges. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed.
